Our warehouse employees will pack all goods to our exacting specifications. Your goods will undergo an exhaustive examination before they will be safely packaged prior to being sent out. Returns

The stock market is always changing. It is not managed entirely by us, since we are involved with multiple entities, including the factory and the storage. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any point. It is possible that your order will be out of stock once the order is placed.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed from the date you purchased the item, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.
